I think the funniest thing is Dan's antics lead to the creator of Journey telling a funny prank dating story instead of talking about his game, haha.
I love how eager Jenova Chen was to skip discussing his game, and jump right into his online dating anecdotes with Ryan, Dan, and the rest. Giant Bomb brights out the best in people! :P

It is very hard to pick a favorite Bombcast moment but I think this might be it for me.

I got here after Team Four Star talked about is during their nuzlocke playthrough. Funny as hell.
WAIT? Dan Rykert had Patton in his DVD collection, but somehow didn't know about the North Africa campaign during WWII?
He's playing a character, not unlike a pro wrestler. Games press has evolved into a personality driven business in the current era of podcasts and quick looks so playing a charming idiot is Dan's gimmick, he's clearly a much cleverer guy than he let's on.

fisk0 Too be fair. I doubt the North African campaign isn't really taught in most schools. They tend to focus on the events during the Europe Campaigns.
Dan is a borderline genius.
Ryckert's story is great on its own, but I think it is made far better because he sounds like Sammy Hagar after a bad night. I assume it's because of E3.

I'm now remembering all of his tweets where he went to SF for GDC or something and hated everyone with "weird hair that makes them look like an ass" and stuff like that.
