I believe Jon was the only person who managed to get that million dollar wedge, actually have it be picked, but then didn't get it because of the final puzzle. Getting that close and not getting it is just part of that Protonjon luck I suppose.
I love how last episode had the game listed as "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 1" and this episode has it listed as "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows - Part 2". Both are wrong, but I'm surprised it held some semblance of consistency.
7:55 Because I know how Chugga's mind works and that this might actually interest him, I'm just going to mention that the Aurum in Kid Icarus Uprising are a pretty obvious reference to Star Trek, namely the Borg. That's how important Star Trek is to pop culture; even Nintendo games take inspiration from it. I'm not even a Star Trek fan, but I've generally liked what I've seen and respect it as a cultural icon.

Speaking of Star Trek, I've only watched the entirety of Voyager and First Contact. Since I was a gaming kid in the early 2000s, I grew up on the Activision Star Trek games so I kinda grew to the post-FC aesthetic (and I'm so glad that the First Contact uniform is free in STO). Heh, when Emile went "Where's all the alien shooting?!", I think he would love the Activision games, especially Elite Force. They're oddly combat heavy which undermines the whole ideology behind Star Trek but I understand that from a gameplay standpoint, at least Bridge Commander has more diplomatic objectives and the game gives you a lot of pacifistic resolutions like standing down your weapons and shields as a sign of good faith to Romulans.
