@@ranjuroy8335 It's impossible for me to say who would win if neither of them stole power. Sealing power has always been L Drago's main ability, and Nemesis needed to steal power, to even be "revived". Before Nemesis stole power from the other legendary bladers, Nemesis couldn't even move.

1. The final battle of metal fusion, ryuga was overtaken by l drago's dark power so basically l drago took control of ryuga so ryuga really wasn't the one battling it was l drago
2. In his battle against rago, l drago already had a crack in it's facebolt so it was never at full power plus nemesis had powers from other beys as well

Everyone says Ryuga was defeated twice ever but it doesn’t make sense. In Beyblade Metal Fusion, in the final battle with Gingka L Drago was the one in control and the one battling Gingka. It was stated by both Kenta and Gingka that in order to truly beat L Drago they had to save Ryuga in the process and that they couldn’t lose one of their own.

In fact he was technically undefeated because he could have won against any of the legendary bladers, he lost only against Ginga but he had the spirits from all of Japan so this wasn't technically one to one battle. With Nemesis is the same he had the powers of all the bladers in the world. Ryuga really is the stroingest blader ever and deserves the name Dragon Emperor

Rayuga was undefeated , in 1st part when he was defeated it was actually ldrogo who controlled rayuga (basically wild ldrago) but nemesis is different , he is no ordinary bladder , he was dark sun.
Ryuga is truly strongest blader in entire history of beyblade. He lost to gingka because his bey lighting ldrago controlled him and made him a monster by which ryuga lost his senses and only thought of destruction and devastation . In metal fury and in metal masters series you all had seen that whenever gingka encounter ryuga . Ryuga always had upperhand on him. Ryuga didn't lose to gingka as in metal fusion series there where 2 battles between ryuga and gingka in which they both got equal by defeating each other in other battles like 1st battle was won by ryuga and 2nd battle was won by gingka so they both were tie as there scores were tied till metal fury series came in which ryuga defeats gingka and settles the score with him . So ryuga is far ahead of gingka . And he is not defeated by gingka. It was rago who defeat ryuga as ryuga could not settle the score do you see. Only 1 time he lost to gingka and it's only reason was that he could not be able to control his own bey lightning ldrago. His own bey controlled his owner ryuga. Ryuga always wins to gingka bcoz always he controlled his bey in every series as meteo ldrago and ldrago destructor. And main reason ryuga lost to rago was that when nemesis stole ldrago star fragment he gained ldragos unique abilities like absorbing power. See in the series that what Pluto told he said whosever starfragments inside legendary bey's the Nemesis got nemesis learnt those bey's special powers and hidden abilities. And he also said that nemesis gained all bey's powers which every legendary blader had battled in past. 1st battle to the last battle every bey's powers ryuga gained . So by getting kyoya and gingkas star fragments powers nemesis got a little power of l Drago first only by which he got ldragos absorbing abilities by which he defeated ryuga. And also you see when ryuga battled rago then ryuga had only half the powers as the other half powers of ldrago was taken by nemesis. Ryuga was powerfull from all left remaining legendary bladers as he defeated kyoya and gingka who where part of legendary bladers of 4 seasons and he also scared Orion bey with his beys absorbing abilities and he also defeated variaris bey which is the strongest bey in solar system warriors bey's. So he was strongest in all legendary bladers. He actually got defeated by rago bcoz rago had also got some abilities of ldrago. If rago hadn't take ryugas powers then ryuga would have defeated rago and had showed him the true fearsomeness of ldrago. Ryuga if used ldragos power stealing ability then rago could lost but by taking ldragos starfragments power nemesis also got power stealing ability that's why ryuga could not used this strategy and got lost. Nemesis got half the powers of ldrago that's why ryugas ldrago could not defeat nemesis as ryuga couldn't battle against his own powers and ldrago bey abilities which nemesis was using against ryuga. I think in rago vs ryuga battle ryuga was battling against his own powers and abilities which nemesis used. That why ryuga lost to rago. Or he would have won if ryugas all powers and abilities was with ryuga himself. If nemesis had not stolen ldragos bey's powers and abilities nemesis would have definitely been defeated.
