    I love this video and all your others also. You cover techniques much better than the teachers at my dance studio. Don't tell them I am watching your TH-cam videos. My teachers are against doing so. Hehe.

    Perhaps we even could speak of seven blocks relevant to the pitch of weight:
    1) head,
    2) shoulder-line,
    3) chest (sternum or rip-cage),
    4) center (navel) -
    as you already put it very clearly,
    and then additionally
    5) hips,
    6) knees, and
    7) feet (with at least nine possible contact-points to the floor).
    Never ever hands or arms as you've already shown us.

      Thank your kind comment. We always appreciate feedback. In this video we intentionally wanted to keep it simple and clear therefore we skipped the knees. But we might want to do another video about it in the future👍
