Yes but would be very difficult due to water issues seeping onto the rock etc. Maybe thats why the former builders/occupants of this building abandoned the project.

Thank you for an amazing video, my friend. Would love to know when this was built, who built this and what their intentions were. Someone mentioned that it was designed to help a species of giant salamander that possibly could go extinct without such a place? If this is true, it would mean someone spent a fortune, and we all know this took countless hours of labor to build! It would make sense about the salamander being they need and gather in areas of constant moisture and water, with all these areas to propagate.

So many questions about the origin and purpose of this building! With so much humidity and constant draught from the cave at the back, this would not be an ideal place to stay in. But it certainly spurs the imagination!
I believe it's the old Giant Salamander breeding center in Fenggang County, Guizhou Province China
Which if I'm correct. That environment would be the absolute best place to breed salamanders and I'm sure they were already in the cave which is why they chose to build the building there. Don't quote me as I have no definitive answer lol

这多半是娃娃鱼养殖场，这种违章建筑对自然风景有一定程度的破坏，不过荒废后变得诡异别有风情，适合拍冒险视频。下次去这种山洞建议带电筒，荒废的建筑有蛇虫鼠蚁藏匿很正常，还可能有坍塌的风险，一定要注意安全，女生最好有去过的专业驴友陪同才好去探这些山洞🤐

看起來就是偷蓋的 哈哈
偏遠山區一般無城管來管的，按以前葛做法一般農村葛集體用地隻要村委批准小想點起就點起完全無人理包括連几十年前葛深圳都是甘，其實就類似香港新界丁屋葛做法。當然宜家緊是唔得啦。城管管理嚴左，不過都唔排除有D地方管理鬆散。
需要跟政府审批，应该是废弃的养鱼场，看样子是亏本了
需要审核，而且审核比较严，你看到农村或者乡镇的建筑都是15年以前建造的，或者更早，因为现在农村乡镇不允许建设新房屋或者楼房，而且农村人也都进城里了，所以越来越多农村房屋荒废了

In another video of cave-exploring guys one dude went up. But even he did not enter it when he was standing on top of the building, front of the waterfall. Hmmm you'll need equipment to climb, a divers flashlight and cameras so you can share the wonders that exist. 🤔😌

It's been confirmed this was a breeding facility for the Chinese Giant Salamander. It was a disastrous effort to try and save the species.

yin energy is a bit too strong inside, from my observation, normal people would not want to live in that kind of area, i can see that this is a group of relatives that commited to pursue something mystical by living at that place, and by doing so there must be first a guidance from a being to tell them to build that house exactly in that place, during the lively time when this house has just built, not only human but also a being from another dimensions also joined in that house for certain day and there will be a rituals and feast among them, i can say maybe there are among elders and the leader here, cultivate certain practice that allows them to ascend or expand their consciousness and to experience the beauty of mystical dimensions, so for some reason it is abandoned when there is no longer lead among them, some choose to go alone and some of them have family somewhere,
so it is as mysterious but not as simple as we think...what i say may sounds absurd to many people but, some people can really look into the past if they want so, never underestimate anyone.

Yo. not to shoot you down but I'm pretty sure it was a farm for some sort of aquatic animal. Any evidence to be found is that it was to preserve a specific species of salamander. Which makes sense with the layout.
