Create Custom Horizons with N.I.N.A Horizon Creator Plugin

You can use the plugin to generate the horizon file which is used to show on Altitude charts across the N.I.N.A application. This is useful when planning you imaging session to see when a target is visible or potentially obstructed during its transit across the sky.
