'About as thick as Katie Hopkins'. Brilliant. Subscribed purely for that.... Nah, also for the brilliant content. And the rest of the hilarious comments. Great video!

Cheers mate! Soaring political commentary is the reason I got into winter climbing 😂
I'm gonna get my finger out and put together a 'how to' for winter climbing this season. It's been a year or two since I took climbing seriously but this year I'm back into it hopefully!

Lots of great points & observations. Dressing for Scottish Winter climbing is so difficult - a few of us leaned on the Buffalo system in the 90s, just adding a GoreTex shell for belays & halts. Good tips on glove choices too.

Great video. How’d you find those decathlon troos in the end?

Still think this is the best video on kit for mountaineering. People go out and spend £800 on kit before they start. This proves you can go at it for far far less. Also recommend Alpkit, bomber stuff for not too expensive!!

Cheers! I've done everything on a pretty tight budget so far, so keeping things as budget friendly as possible is important to me. And with a wee bit of research and a bit of second hand sleuthing you can get everything you need for a few hundred quid!

Also a big fan of Alpkit stuff! I've got their Brukit stove and it's great for £40!

@@adventurefilmclub2549 it's been inspiring to me, I've been bobbling about munros for 3 years but never had the guts to do it with snow and ice there. Think I'm gonna try and give it a shot this winter!
