I do not care what anyone says or thinks about my opinion on this. Those persons responsible for housing these men in prison, they know the specifics, and danger they put some of these inmates in. They protect some , like police or blue collar criminals, and leave the rest to fend for themselves. They are corrupt like institutions that are corrupted. There are so many instances that we see, hear about for this not to be true.

PRAISE ALLAH I went to a decent suburban school and was studying at that time the 5th Amendment and Miranda Rights in accordance with my American Government class. I let the police do their good cop bad cop routine. My answer was ice cold. I ask them "Well if they have already made statements that I did something. You don't need me to make a statement. But here is the statement I will make. You drug me out of my home. Questioned me w/out legal representation or an adult, namely my legal guardian. You haven't read me my rights . And since B&E is a felony along with trespassing and theft which occured AFTER the B&E. That makes it felony with extra charges that might carry a weapons charge if your saying a screwdriver or hammer was used. But here's what I do know. I was in the bed sleep. My window is on the 2nd floor. The screen is intact and I have been there since 6pm because I wanted to watch The Cosby Show." Well the cop had it out for me only because the lifeguard at our complex had a thing for black boys and for a white girl she wasn't bad looking. And her apt was adjacent to the cop. He let me go and simply said "Well the stuff that was stolen doesn't seem like stuff you'd be interested in so you can leave. Your mom and "dad" are outside waiting on you" Imagine how different my life would be if it weren't for my American Govt teacher and the school. This is why good classes aren't taught anymore. Classes like civics and state govt classes.

I'm from Oakland. I have been to that Santa Rita jail. Its a mini prison. Where you get housed is a roll of the dice. I got lucky and ended up houses with all Oakland Blacks, Ballers and I knew many of them. I have heard some bad stories of others getting done bad in there.

The prison staff will do something like that if they don't like you or if you gave them a problem. Violent felons should never be locked up with folks who are on some low level beef.
