    Ginawa ko to ang perfect ng lasa pati paggawa ko mga 30-35 mins ko niluto at ang lambot. Condensed buttercream yung filling ang sarap lahat sa bahay nasarapan. Thanks po sa recipe

      Pag wala pong cream of tartar isubtitute nyo po ng 1 tsp. Vinegar or lemon para mastabilize ung meringue.

      6x3 na pan po ung gamit ko. Or 1 8x3 pan ang gamitin

      Hindi ko pa po natry ung pan bake sa chiffon pwede rin po siguro. Ung steam na try ko na po.

    Ask ko lng po, pag dalawang 8x3 inches un need ko gawin. Pede bang idouble lng un recipe and sabay gawin sa oven? Kase last time I tried it pero ndi masyado umalsa un cake.

      Dont use paper sa sides. Sa ilalim lang. Tapos kapag papalamigin mo na upside down yung lalagyan

      Chiffon can be very difficult, keep trying! Also you most likely underbaked it

      @@frocksole2275 i agree. It’s says to bake for 40mins but it started cracking at 30mins when i put a toothpick it was clear. As soon as i pulled it out, it deflated. Should i have left it accordingly as the time says? Even when the toothpick is clear? Hmmm 🤔🤔

      Don't use parchment paper po sa bottom or even sa side. Tried this many times already and di na siya nagd-deflate. Kusa naman pong matatanggal ang cake sa pan once cooled, or if ayaw matanggal, use a metal spatula na parang hinahawi mo ang cake, from side to center. Di po nababasag yan.
      Also, better if half lang ang batter sa pan para maganda ang luto and makita if mejo nagb-brown na ang top.
      Temp ko is 150•C, top & bottom heat tas fan-assisted. No specific time since naka-depende ito sa dami ng batter.
      My tip is to always check lang thru glass (wag i-open) and pag umalsa na siya nang todo, wait lang nang kaunti kasi bababa pa yan nang kaunti. Dun ko na malaaman na luto na ang chiffon cake. ☺️

    Hello sis. With fan ka din ba dito up and down heat? I wanna try your chiffon. But hindi ube. Inaantay kita sis gumawa ng chiffon😁😘

      With fan po. Pag vanilla chiffon same recipe din po replace nyo lang ung ube flavocol ng 2 tsp.vanilla
