That's pretty interesting about the squatting 1.5xBW because yesterday I built up to that exact weight and I did a 3-second pause, a single bounce, a double bounce, and then I adjusted my feet and did a powerlifting style squat, before putting the bar back (i did 4 sets). Also, there was a point in time where I reached that same weight with single leg squats for sets of three, and although I achieved it, I don't feel I had earned it so I quit trying to push that specific exercise and to keep it at a repetition level of 8 or more with complete control and no worry about doing something wrong (there would be times that I would be close to or at 1.5xBW with the single leg squat and would often have to take my foot off of the roller regain my balance and then try again if my CNS allowed me to continue) (I added parentheses to somebody who is *impersonating* grammar police that used an incomplete thought as a sentence trying to claim I did something wrong)
@austinwheeler3425 well the fact that you started your sentence with "Jesus bro" tells me that you're at a lower reading level because that is not how you craft a sentence. That is not proper English as I did make sure to include punctuation, trying to minimize any rambling while not leaving out context. Therefore I'm not going to respond to you any further, also because if you were to continue to read the comment, it would answer your question. It's funny how somebody wants to use an incomplete thought as a sentence as an attack against somebody who actually made sure to communicate, thoroughly 😂🤣🤣🤦🤡 What's even funnier is this person put the question mark outside of the quotations (which is also improper English) and then seemingly liked his own comment 🤣🤣🤣 no way 🤣🤣🤣
@@austinwheeler3425 it's not even that long of a comment, and it was a joke about Ramblin because I stayed on topic. I actually took two different movements and connected them together but your maybe 4th grade reading level, maybe 5th grade, doesn't understand but you do know how people behave online and you are copying that behavior being why I called you a clown

Jesus bro learn how to craft sentences. What do you mean by "I don't feel I had earned it"?

@@LatimusChadimus If this is you minimizing rambling I'd hate to see you maximise it.
@@LatimusChadimus Also, the question mark outside is correct in this instance.
