For Me, Prague/Czech Republic is not a dream country to live, if you are Foreigner you will struggle to learn czech..Expensive Flat to rent but low salary..Yes Its beautiful country but only for vacation and I agreed one of the safest country in europe.

I onced tried to live in a peaceful place like yours away from the busy city life. My first year was great but as time went on, it became boring. Everyday my life is routinary, not much challenges. Cleaning, cooking,gardening, watching tv, sleeping... You just keep on working and working around the house and in the garden. To make you busy so time will fly so fast. But at the end of the day, you will ponder. Is this the kind of life i want? My brain is not working anymore. Only my body does.
If you will build a house in your 8 hectare land in the philippines, you will be able to achieve the peaceful and quiet place just like there. But one thing... maminka has no one with her during weekdays. And you know the filipino culture. We take care of our parents. So there are a lot of issues you have to consider and it is really hard to come up with a final decision.
I think it’s good atleast she knows the basic szech language my kids doesn’t know how to speak my mother tongue and not even their Dad just pure English.

Moving to chezk republic is good idea, we have 44 countries in Europe that visa is not needed,,, in UK document problem is always there, while staying in Europe is not, you can get your chezk citizenship easily because of your wife,, and you can search job there ay ok na kayo, you don't rent a house, you can cultivate your foods etc... Good decision staying here in Europe,,, I'm sorry for my English carabao 😁,, I speak English badly...

I had my first and only meal when I am about to go to work. e.g. my work starts at 8pm, I eat between 6:30pm- 7pm. I do one meal a day. Don't do this when you just started intermittent. Do 12 hours and then increase it to 16, and then 18, 20, till you will be able to do OMAD. Most importantly do low card diet, high in protein and good fats. When you have days off do exercise at least 20-30 minutes.

I onced tried to live in a peaceful place like yours away from the busy city life. My first year was great but as time went on, it became boring. Everyday my life is routinary, not much challenges. Cleaning, cooking,gardening, watching tv, sleeping... You just keep on working and working around the house and in the garden. To make you busy so time will fly so fast. But at the end of the day, you will ponder. Is this the kind of life i want? My brain is not working anymore. Only my body does.
You are right. Specially when you get to a busy city life.
If you will build a house in your 8 hectare land in the philippines, you will be able to achieve the peaceful and quiet place just like there.
But one thing... maminka has no one with her during weekdays. And you know the filipino culture. We take care of our parents. So there are a lot of issues you have to consider and it is really hard to come up with a final decision.
I think it’s good atleast she knows the basic szech language my kids doesn’t know how to speak my mother tongue and not even their Dad just pure English.

Im sure makaka adopt si Pingkay agad sa czech vocabulary fast ,sofia is a smart girl.I know she learns fast.Mga bata mabilis matuto basta kasama nila ganun ang language din.Same ako i dont allow my daughter to sleep over.Never ! and my daughter knows that very well.Alam nya na agad na hindi ako papayag.So yun lang.Over protective ako sa babae kong anak.Sa lalake na anak ko , oo i allow my son.Panganay ko lalaki bunso ko babae.

Moving to chezk republic is good idea, we have 44 countries in Europe that visa is not needed,,, in UK document problem is always there, while staying in Europe is not, you can get your chezk citizenship easily because of your wife,, and you can search job there ay ok na kayo, you don't rent a house, you can cultivate your foods etc... Good decision staying here in Europe,,, I'm sorry for my English carabao 😁,, I speak English badly...

Sophia is absolutely gorgeous. You're lucky you raised a refined and sweet young lady. Conservative at hindi rebelde as a teenager born and bred in the UK. She seems happy and really keen to move to the Czech Republic. She gets along well with her cousins. She is adaptable so I don't see any reason why moving to that beautiful country would be a problem. If you think you have saved enough puwede na kayong mag for good sa napakagandang lugar na iyan. My question is not related to your holiday but to your weight loss. How did you do your intermittent fasting while you are doing nights. I need som ideas for my weight loss process. When do u have your meals? Especially how do u do it when you are first night. Any ideas and tips will be appreciated. Thank you 🙏
I had my first and only meal when I am about to go to work. e.g. my work starts at 8pm, I eat between 6:30pm- 7pm. I do one meal a day. Don't do this when you just started intermittent. Do 12 hours and then increase it to 16, and then 18, 20, till you will be able to do OMAD. Most importantly do low card diet, high in protein and good fats. When you have days off do exercise at least 20-30 minutes.
