Thank you! I think, that is mainly because of I've spent on it 2 month. I wanted to make it good, but I didn't expect that it will take that much. Not sure if I will be able to maintain such level in my next pieces.
When I first heard this on Emil's vinyl I instantly fell in love. I has always felt extremely emotional when this came up even within the game itself, and I was looking to play it and each tutorial didn't sound anything alike until I came across yours. As my time within the day is short - between studying and working I typically have to make a choice how I would spend my free time and unfortunately it never landed on learning to read sheet music (but it will at some point) in any case I just really wanted to thank you from the bottom of my heart. Beautiful piece and amazing work.
I am a piano beginner and unfortunately I cannot read sheet music. I have always wanted to learn this piece but was never able to find a midi tutorial. However you made one and I am very happy. Your playing is really beautiful ! I will now be able to learn it thanks to your tutorial, thank you very much. By any chance is it possible to have the midi file of your playing ?
Thank you! Sorry, I don't think I still have MIDI for this recording. My best advise is to learn how to read sheet music. I know, it looks confusing at the beginning, but you can take sheet music for this piece and complement it with this video to get you through it. You don't need to be "sight reading" pieces, but being able to just read and understand will save you a lot of time. Good luck!
I know this is a 3 year old comment, but I just wanted to write and say what really helped me start to comprehend sheets was when I made the mental realization that bass + treble is just the whole piano. When learning sheets, we are often taught in a way to look at bass and treble as two different things, in addition to thinking of lines and spaces to be different things. For example, G and F in bass and treble as both are transposed into different spots. Or "Every Good Boy Does Fine", or "All Cows Eat Grass". In my opinion this approach to teaching sheets is not that good, as it trains you to think of all of these as separate components. I always found sheets very difficult to comprehend until I was staring at some sheets one day, and imagined what it'd look like with a full chromatic scale starting from the lowest note on the piano all the way to the highest note. That's when I realized it's literally just the whole damn piano. Lowest note in bass is the lowest note you can hit on the piano, highest note on treble is the highest note you can hit. And seated nicely in the middle is the invisible middle C. It also doesn't help when you consider most piano teaching starts you off with learning music notation from the wrong place. We are taught to find middle C, and most early teaching revolves around playing music from that starting position. CDEFGAB in this context would be a full octave. But the way music is notated on paper isn't quite like this. It starts at A. So ABCDEFG, lmao. This is much easier to think of when trying to sus out where a particular note is in, say, bass clef. If my third finger just played an F, I instinctively know my fourth finger is on a G. It is far easier to think of it in the context of the alphabet and how most of us learned it (in order), than from a strange starting position which flips around the positions of letters one may be most familiar with, particularly if English is their native language.
I've found it in one of Nier Gestalt Piano Collections book. You need Japanese Edition! Take a look here: www.amazon.com/s?k=Nier+Gestalt+Piano+Collections&ref=nb_sb_noss Drop me your email if you couldn't find it.

なんて物悲しくも美しい旋律でしょう…!!👏
エミールの生涯を凝縮したような素晴らしい演奏をありがとうございます!👍️
Came here because of the remaster expecting the lack of lyrics to not make me tear up.
Still teared up. ❤️
優しい音調だけどどこか悲しい表現が感じ取れる素晴らしい曲
So beautiful! You have improved a lot! 😊 Only 1,5 year of practice, that's amazing! You have all my support :)

Очень здорово!!! И мелодия очень красивая!!
Да, мне она тоже нравится. Я когда выбирал что учить, то недооценил сложность. Чтобы сыграть её с нужно интонацией пришлось поработать)
Found another underrated channel
Thank you) I'm just learning and also don't have too much content lately
Это очень красиво и круто! Теперь я её выучу.
