Good luck to you. but I believe he used the same path as many real estate tycoons like malik Riaz and same idea of DHA. buy cheap land cut plots and sell files. once you get some money from the down payments of those plots files, build roads and provide electricity, sewerage etc. this idea is now old and everyone is now doing the same thing buy small piece of land and make a society. brother the next billionaire will not be like malik Riaz or Mr. Aurangzeb. It will be a builder who will build houses on bigger scale to accommodate 50% of our youth who will get married in next 15 years and needs their own place to live.
