Peace be upon you, brothers and sisters. It is NOT hygienic to touch raw meat with your glove and then touch bread with your hands to fill it with grilled meat. It is best to have someone else fill these bread rolls who has not touched raw meat, or to use different gloves, or to wash your hands very well. This was my tip, Ramadan Kareem.
