    that Kamiyama Junichi has named Tender Tones, which he has created under the supervision of experts in various fields,

    You should be especially conscious of the relaxing time before bed and make it a habit to spend time in a relaxed and peaceful manner.
    Relaxation can be expected to help regulate the autonomic nervous system, which is disturbed by fatigue and stress during the day.
    The autonomic nervous system is the general term for the nerves in our body that we cannot control at will.
    It performs important functions to maintain vital activities, such as moving internal organs and regulating body temperature.
    The autonomic nervous system is further divided into sympathetic and parasympathetic.
    When these two work in balance, our body works in a healthy manner.
    However, when stress builds up due to busyness, the sympathetic nervous system becomes over-active and its balance is upset.
    Switching from the sympathetic nervous system to the parasympathetic nervous system is made possible by consciously setting aside time to relax.
    Junichi Kamiyama's music is soothing, deeply resonating in the brainstem, very comfortable, and slowly releases tension.
    The entire piece is performed using a soothing tone named “Tender Tone.” The “Tender Tones” were recorded using a unique technique.
    Empirical experiments conducted by Takashi Tomita (psychologist and professor at Komazawa Women's University) have confirmed its effectiveness.

    今は疲れています。
    願いをかけたから、氏神さまの草取りと落ち葉掃き(何年もやらなかったらしく、すごい量です)、母の法事をやるから墓地の野生の芝を抜く、さらにラジオ体操会場の親水公園の草取りと、一度にやっていたからです。今日法事が終わって一つ減りました。神社の方は7月1日までには片付くでしょう。その後は公園の草取りだけ。だいぶ楽になると思う。今日は神山さんの優しい音楽を聴いて、体と心を休めますね。

    私の大好きな、スカイツリーの夜景とても素敵です。
    昨年、東京へ仕事で行った時に始めてスカイツリーを見て感動しました!
    また映像で観れるってとても嬉しいです。
    6月に入って、猛暑日が毎日続いても、おまけにリビングのエアコンが壊れてしまい、毎日暑さと戦っている日々です🥵
    ちなみに私の部屋のエアコンは動いているので、今夜は日中の疲れを゙とりたいと思います。
    夜空の星🌠とても美しいですね。
    そして大好きな夜空に輝くスカイツリーを観ながら音楽を聴いているととても癒されます😉🌃

    暑さに本当に弱く ギラギラした日差しが怖い その為 夜明けと共に寝て日が暮れて起きる生活
    精神的に歯車は狂い この先が…怖いです 独居生活で不安は山積み
