I am making my way back to all of my older Meridian tapping videos and re-editing them to focus more on the tapping and less on the explanation.

Thank you GP for your advice about tapping and physical pain
For a long time I was reluctant to tap with physical pain because I was aware that I’d only be tapping to get rid of the pain as it’s so hard to be with it and that’s not the way
However I saw this as just a thought, as well as the natural resistance to pain. I began tapping as a way to maybe support my body and develop a compassion towards the pain.
No there was no pain relief but I found it calming in a very subtle way 🙏🙏

That is the first step towards healing. I am so very glad
