    That run is a lot longer than the first half of this project. Going to be a real nice pond in a beautiful setting when you are done. Great work Chris. Thanks for sharing.

    I found that interesting how your knowledge of the rock enabled you to use the thumb to break that seam of rock apart so you could use it for your own benefit

    Ooh joy says Chris, more darn rock to chunk up and haul.
    Just when he thought that he'd never go thru that again.
    Luckily there was only one small are.
    I swea Chris in a machine the way he gets so much done in so little time it seems.

      The rock is for a haul road to get the mud out. It’s not part of a dam structure.

      @@Manoffire260 clearly I knew what is was for. It's coming out of the ground where water will be. Some types of rock can be horrible for holding water. Why would I think it's for the dam, come on common sense especially when there not doing the dam or at least I believe he said that in the first video

      @@jeffpalmer3560 this was much different than what he dug before, much bigger pieces and looked like a type of slate or something else that breaks semi easy. Basically a type of rock given enough time water can penetrate or even break the rock down further. That's great if it doesn't have any problems but it looked much different and quite a lot more.

    I guess I'm a little weird I notice things out of the ordinary, but I must say all these other chaps are correct you are doing a hella job keep it going, I can hardly wait till the finish because your finishes are a culmination knowledge, wisdom and fine art.     It’s crazy that you had to deal with all that mud one bucket at a time and now you are having to smash rocks at the other end. This site has it all! Looking forward to the finish.

    That is going to be quite the home site when all is finished, hope you can give us a after complete tour of the entire compound. Something tells me five bucks a gallon gas is of little concern to this owner.🤑🤣

    Uh oh, starting to look like Rock Hill Animal Clinic. There is No mud in that temporary road fill. Quite some acreage to that place - looks like it would make a nice campground. Hope you can keep digging 'dry stuff' before spring rains or early tropical storm makes it muddy again.

    Some of these people Chris works for around Raleigh, North Carolina have to be well heeled.
    These last two pond rehabs alone had to cost a pretty penny and now all of the work getting started at the Bealy farm.

    That rock reminded me of that new Veterinarian building site I think it was, the "Rock from Hell". You should do a revisit video on that so we all can see the progress. I would think they are close to completion by now.

    If I was the owner I would trim all the woods from 10 feet and down along with weeds etc, would give it awesome look like on private golf courses and create nice areas for shady plants and sitting locations to look out over the water.

    Who needs to order a load of Rock , when you can just make you own !! lolol... Always , always some kinda prep work to be done before you can ever do anything ya know it ?? lolol... But, that's going to make life much easier on ya, having made that road back there to where you can load . Man, coming back into the woods from the dumping site, you damn near are clipping the trees off with the truck !! lolol... Looks like it anyway, may not be that close ?? lolol...     don't mess with the 2 fitty it will break you up in little pieces if it has too ha ha, kind of an interesting whole in the ground up at the dump site ? made it easy for john , got alot done in 3 hrs

    Watching these projects come and go, I really think I missed my calling. I ought to recertify on the forklift and find a remote scrapyard gig to coast to the grave. Just to get the hell out of this suburban traffic nightmare. I don't think I have it in me to keep at it another 20 years.

I wondered, as I watched the video, why didn't you wait until now to start it and use a dozer. I think I answered my own question... if you'd Not done what you did earlier to remove the GOO, it wouldn't look like it does today. "Carry on, McDuff...     Chris I was mowing the yard and got to thinking about Betty's oil production problem , and how guys were saying it was a vent issue on the tank . When you were first working on her down at Charlie's shop , didn't you do some work on the tanks ? Didn't Charlie weld in a pipe nipple and a cap ? I know it's been a while , but if you don't have to pull an engine or torque converter , and all it takes is a small hole drilled in a cap to vent things ..,. anyway back to the yard .

    Looks like you found some NH soil (rock with a touch of dirt) my poor 140blc just burnt thru 1/3 of the brand new Volvo bucket teeth on 1 foundation hole!

    Seems like it would be more efficient if you had both trucks hauling on that long haul. Time you loaded one next one would show up... nobody’s waiting.
