He's recognized for his zen style leadership. Combine that with his passionate vision of guiding others to become their best selves, gives him an authority when it comes to personal transformation. At 15:43, i think the word you're looking for to describe the power and agility needed for Lisa and the other dancers to move their legs so quickly and controlled is "explosiveness". I hear it used a lot in sports. Like if a Basketball player can go from standing still to nearly full running speed in a short amount of time, that's "explosiveness". Or a boxer being able to throw a full force punch when they are right up close to the opponent (rather than needing distance to throw a full arm extended punch). Mustering high amounts of power in as short a time/distance as possible, and i think that's what Lisa and the dancers had in spades for that "tiss tiss tiss" leg move. They have explosive legs lol. As well as crazy precision, like you said.
