Thanks for the review. I just returned mine because of that high pitched whine. I was hoping it was defective but my neighbor has the same problem with his and now you. I was hoping to stay with dewalt batteries but they really screwed themselves on this one. Last week I used my dads ego, which is more powerful, and it did not have this problem. Dewalt needs to step it up.
I used to have a ryobi blower ... and if you push these too far, you kill the batteries. I"m thinking maybe going gas instead for a blower, as the electric just don't last that long.
I put a 10ah 21700 on my 722 blower. I built it a few months ago. It has 10 5,000 mah Samsung batteries in it in a 5S, 2p configuration.
