Bicol AH 26 Legaspi City, Albay to Nabua, Camarines Sur

This is the start of Bicol to Manila return trip. Took of from Piazza Hotel, Legaspi with the following stops along the way:
• Legaspi Saint Gregory the Great Cathedral
• Daraga Our Lady of the Gate Parish Church
• Camalig St. John The Baptist Parish
• Oas St. Michael Archangel Parish Church
• Nabua Holy Cross Parish Church
It’s a little tight going out of Daraga along AH26. This is the main thoroughfare servicing Bicol, Sorsogon & beyond to Samar & Leyte, a lot of heavy vehicles & buses ply the route. There was one accident before Ligao & hopefully, none got a serious injury. Heavy traffic before Nabua center might be due to another accident but was not able to see it.
Dropped by Camalig for some Pili nuts but found out that the shops along AH26 are tourist traps. Found them in Nabua at much lower prices.
There are a lot of road widening activities but basically, road condition is good.

Nabua has always been very trafficky. It's because it was a center of business and trade in the Rinconada area before Iriga surpassed it in the 60s. Until now though Nabua is still an old but major municipality compared to other major municipalities in Bicol during the late spanish colonial period and American colonial period such as Guinobatan in Albay which has been left behind in progress.
