But one I can suggest u where the male lead suffered is from Fated To Love You. It was a 2014 drama acted by Jang Hyuk and Jang Nara.. some people might be annoying with Jang Hyuk's character but actually he suffered a lot in it. If u asked for a recent drama, I don't think I can find one..
