- How To Animate Like Danno Draws
On my last video, I got a lot of comments asking how I made a video in Dannos Style. So let’s talk about it! From graph paper to font to the sliding animation, a Danno video only takes a few minutes with all FREE apps!

Also, for Riggy, if you want to change him to another sprite (unless walking), you squish him, change to the other sprite, reverse squish.
Also behind the pic add a bit of blackness or shading
If only danno had a tutorial but you're the next best thing

WOW, I must say that's a really creative way to get the style down, It's much different than how he animates... But it's a very creative method to get a similar result!

correction: he uses powerpoint to DRAW. idk what he uses to animate but it's likely premiere pro or after effects? again i could be wrong, it might even be blender for all i know!! (i think he did use blender for the 3d bits in some vids and in shorts wars too mayhaps??)

Before I continue the video, Danno uses Dreamland ST (Edit: I recommend using the Keyframe feature because it is more natural/close to the original

Most of the font makers online you can export the font as an image I’m pretty sure
the text might look better if you generate it with an outline and then go into whatever drawing software you have and mask the outline with the graph paper texture

My best guess on how Danno animates using PowerPoint, is using the Morph transition. It lets you create the zooming background effect, lets you drag characters in from off-screen, and more.

You can also use graphs to move the images left and right, and the way Fan channels make it smooth it basically using graphs, Graphs is what makes the animations like danno.

I'm pretty sure he only draws Riggy and other characters with PowerPoint, the software he uses to make those things move is unknown, but is most likely an Adobe software, like Adobe Animate.
i think theres only 2 colors in powerpoint
you can both create shapes and set the exact color in powerpoint, basically art is kinda limitless@@TheDuck186

I don't think Danno uses powerpoint to make his shorts... in his: "my biggest pet peave" short he says that he designs with powpoint, so he probably ment that he uses power point to make the riggy drawings. And in his: "why I make videos" short he shows an image of him editing and I think the program that appeared was adobe premiere pro

hi mate. as a guy using capcut to make danno-styled videos, i suggest using keyframes with graphs to make the animations look more like the og.

It might be the powerpoint morph transition
Instead of using transitions, to make it more accurate, you can add keyframes to your overlay and set the easing style to “Ease Out 3”. Hope it helps!

i think ik how he does this, all of the movements are in powerpoint using different types of ways like, spin on screen and slide on screen then how he does the easing is different slides that auto play after first one then he does it (this is all an educated guess)
