One of the things that has always fascinated me about Russian rap is that because the Russian language basically inflects every word with what part of speech it is -- the word endings are changed based on whether it's the subject, or object or verb or describing the subject or object, etc... which basically means that to a certain degree, the word order doesn't matter. There are conventions but you can basically mix up the words in a sentence in any order and it would still be understandable... which opens up soooooooo many possibilities when it comes to rhythm and rhyme.
Despite that it is still much easier to rhyme in English, I've tried making a little bit of a poetry back in the day (I'm Russian) and it was pain in the ass.
