I love how she doesn’t invalidate or belittle people who do not know what they want in life. Because of her and her songs, I learned to love myself a little more, to accept who I am. That I am special, unique in my own way and I don’t have to change just to please others. That I can do whatever pleases me and I don’t have to explain for it. My love for IU is very personal. It’s not because she’s a great artist or very popular, but because first of all, she’s a good person that inspires me to become a good person as well. She’s just so real. Unfiltered.
