I love your enthusiasm! Something clicked for me when you said the "souls/soles of your feet." I am a runner and only run in nature- woods, mountains, etc. I never run on roads. I just picked up this sport this year, an infinity year! I sure hope I am not running away from my soul work, however! I also meditate, and that's where I face my shadow self in the stillness. When I kicked him out, I was soo heart broken. I was by myself. God told me, "Child I have been waiting on u 4 53yrs. Now, no distractions, bars or drugs. It just me and u. Now sit down and it's time we talk". 10mos and I'm soo loving my intimate relationship with God. He blows my mind everyday. God told me that my purpose is 2 be a spiritual healer.
