Hello! The reason this usually happens is due to being signed in to multiple google accounts. Some users experience this issue and other users don't. It's a bug that Google is aware of and needs to fix. In the meantime, what you can try doing to fix it is signing out of your other google accounts, or sign in to your google account by itself in a different browser.
