@@povertyspec9651 Yeah, I'm a little confused as to how it could have been built not to be able to withstand at least a Cat 3 storm. This area gets them quite often. I understand that would be expensive. Maybe this fabric is less expensive for replacement after a storm, so it was their best option.
This would have been a bigger disaster if the Rays were in the play offs right now. They would have to play all their games on the road. They might have to play their home games at Montreal's Olympic Stadium next season, unless the roof is repaired by opening day 2025.
I’ve driven past it hundreds of times and never realized it was a fabric roof.
I feel like I've seen this movie before in 2005 with the Superdome in New Orleans after Katrina
