I always get 'choked up', in "The Sixth Sense" scene of Osment`s character telling his mom, about Grandma`s "seen her dance in her high school`s recital" . . .
This scene is extremely powerful for me too. Not only because Toni Collette does a great job, but because Osment plays is so beautifully. Such a talented little kid. I'm glad he's still doing stuff, and hasn't gotten completely ruined by the fame machine.
Whenever I talk about movie moments that get me choked up, I ALWAYS mention that scene in Forrest Gump when Forrest asks Jenny, "Is he smart?". Damn, I can't even type it without feeling it.
That's the only thing I can watch that kid in because he creeps me out. But he looks great here. They showed us Second hand Lions at the courthouse as we were waiting to be chosen (or not, in my case) for jury duty last year.
He seems happy and kind. I'll take that over slim anyday. In fact, I'm pretty sure I'd rather be him than any of the overly judgemental assholes in this section... Get better, people.

Oh wait…actually I was talking about him in the the last movie I saw him in, which was called “Unhinged” and apparently he was wearing a fat suit, so maybe he’s not as fat as I originally thought.
People use to respect other people that haven't seen a film yet. Today? TH-cam recommends videos with massive spoilers in the title to films that came out a few days earlier... I wish there was a spoiler filter for youtube videos.

I didn't see "the sixth sense" in the theatre, so I had to wait for it to come out on video, and someone on a political talk show told this lame joke that gave away the ending a week before I saw it. So, I definitely think it is courtesy not to talk about it before a year or so, but twenty years is okay. Yet, I'm also tiptoeing around it.
My saw it in a date, told us all about it after, blew the ending, everything. Then the next weekend she took us to see it, having forgottenshe already told us about it in her excitement. Took me about half the movie, because it was so well made and sucked me in, to realize this was the movie my mom had been taking about a week or so ago. So I sat there literally missing the movie as I contemplated how he was dead the whole time, and had to finish the film with that in my mind unshakable and I'll be honest it pissed me off. I still love the film, most of knights actually, but it did make it less impactful and I'd have appreciated going in not knowing.

Being totally"surprised" by The Sixth Sense ending was a very cool moment......
The opening scene gave it away for me so I spent the rest of the movie noting how no one ever speaks to Bruce Willis.
