Nice ports but I'm noticing that you are removing material from the bottom of the intake port? Most shops only cut from the roof on these heads. Do you have any flow numbers and dyno results? I race an m10 and always looking for better cylinder head flow.
Where do you find that info? That is not correct. The ports are raised about 30mm and the inner radii have been welded up with material that filed to a new radius like a "tounge".
This is a bit belated however to my understanding you can pair a m10b18 head with a m10b20 body and have the same displacement but also a increase of compression going from 8-1ish to 8.8-1ish providing gains in horsepower and efficiency.
@@karlssonengineering I have been watching your videos since I was a kid. Your 2002 and other Swedish M10 monsters inspired my entire addiction to turbocharging !

yeah me too, they should have kept the flat floor and just raised the roof

Ahhhh that’s very cool. I’ve been trying to find a shop in the US to do this.
Bom trabalho, quanto % aumentou o duto de admissão ?
Interesting that they are using a 118 head, any particular reason
its based on a 1.8I cylinderhead. thats very modified.

what size valve do you use in these m10 race heads?
That´s low boost on a 72mm turbo. It made later on 931whp in the dynapack with bigger turbine.
