Bro dont be upset about it we are extremely backward not just backward, talk about the general public's health/medical system/education/development in different forms/economy/achievements/telecommunication&trasportations etc. of course we must accept it. And we are very happy with the few successes we get through these quotas, we are able to bring food to the kitchen because of it we are able to treat our sickness because of it. So yeah my physical development, infrastructure development, economy development is backward but my intellectual capabilities cannot be compromised just because of a negative feedback. And if you are truly a pro ( no quota ) scholar then I'm sure you know about the current political development, research what Rio has brought a new agenda to the table of ENPO just to suppress the possible downfall of Central Nagaland into a Union Territory. And that will happen if FNT is established the rest is Article 371A. You know what's truly written in that law.
