This woman was so callous! In the UK, if somebody dies when they have not been under the care of a doctor, the law demands an autopsy and no cremation would be allowed without it. The scenario in this case seems crazily easy to carry out. Wonder how many people have gotten away with murder😱

Same in Ireland, if someone dies unexpectedly while not in the care of a doctor or hospital no funeral arrangements can be made without a death certificate stating the cause of death signed by their own doctor.

In Colorado, if someone dies unexpectedly and for no obvious reason, the state requires an automatic autopsy.
I know this because a buddy of mine in his late forties passed away due to heart failure. He was going down some steep stairs to his basement to get a bottle of wine when he just passed out, fell down the stairs, and was later found by his wife.
I'm always puzzled that other states don't follow this rule!
The docs said that he was dead before he hit the ground and felt absolutely no pain.
Heart failure, unlike a heart attack, causes no pain at all and the heart simply just stops beating. The person faints and then dies very quickly.
    RIP Marcus!

Florida is the worst! I knew a woman that was only 54 and her husband (he had been married 3 times. His first wife died young, the 2nd wife ws smart enough to divorce him) said he had went to bed but found her dead in the living room the next morning. He had her cremated in 24 hours and no autopsy.

Australia demands an autopsy for any death of a young person who does not have a fatal condition. My nephew (6 1/2 weeks) who was very ill didn't get one, my niece who died in a car crash (18 years) was asked if they could perform one to make sure she "wasn't dead when she was put in the car"

'The docs said that he was dead before he hit the ground and felt absolutely no pain.' Same thing I was told about my granny. I was living with her at the time and it was due to old age but I was in my bedroom when I heard this wierd sound that was like a cross between a crash and a thud. I thought the cat had caused it at first, but when I left my room my granny was there, face down dead on the landing. And unfortunately the only way I could get down the stairs to phone the emergency services was to manouvere myself over her body. I could tell she was dead, but the dispatcher got me to try CPR anyway. Plus I thought if I didn't do it, I'd forever be left feeling guilty that maybe it would have worked. Except coming up against dead weight in trying to turn her over and then having to look at what had become of her face after it had planted down hard on the ground (I was so grateful her eyes were already closed) and pinch her now bloodied broken nose and then only getting a death rattle in response to my breathing into her...I had a deep bond with my granny, so yeah, still haunts me even now twenty odd years later.

There's way too many deaths with very clear natural cause deaths with life insurance policies attached to them. We are short on law enforcement as it is. In my opinion, it would be a waste of resources. However, I can definitely agree that they need to be more skeptical when looking at cases. I mean, if someone dies in a car wreck at 5 P.M. on the freeway and there's multiple witnesses, the CoD is clear and investigating it JUST because they had a life insurance policy is ridiculous.

@@28russ it can happen even when a family goes on holidays for a short time. There have been cases where families have travelled overseas, or even interstate, for a holiday, and upon returning home have found people living in their house. They have had to go to tribunal/court to get them out. Even cases where they have asked a friend to house-sit while they have holidayed, and the house-sitter has refused to leave. If the current occupant of the house is paying rent/property taxes, bills such as gas and electricity, etc, then evicting them out can prove difficult (even close to impossible).
In cases like the one in this video, whoever it is that they showed the forged papers to claiming ownership of the houses, need to do more diligent research in validating their claims of ownership, instead of just taking their signed papers as proof.

Sir, I appreciate and am so grateful for all your hard work and professionalism, I'm making your channel a keeper. Most other "TRUE CRIME" channels either get boring after a while or the video's themselves lack picture quality and sound. I am enjoying your channel more and more as time goes on! Keep up the amazing job your doing, your material is what makes "TH-cam" the reason it still exits today!!!

She had an "affair" with an inmate when she was a corrections officer? That's a sex crime in light of her being in a position of power. No time served for that? Then she very likely poisoned her husband. And that's just the beginning before defrauding people, lying, murder for hire including that of an 11-year old. And she says she can be a productive member of society? Geez. May her husband and many other victims be at peace 🕊️🙏✝️

First thought with his title was, I bet it won't! Her behavior could also be seen as someone who just wasn't trying to deal. When I listened to that I thought of myself in the past when dealing with some kind of hardship. I didn't want to feel that so I would party spend money, date new people, if it was a break up really quickly after... I have since learned to deal with my emotions much better. I sit with them, and walk through them as opposed to avoiding them. You never really can because they always seem to come bubbling up from somewhere. She was stupid though.... Who accept $8,000 for two murders? This wasn't a dumb teenager this was supposed to be a hit man who knows how to do these kinds of things. Not to mention the fact that they know she was rich.... He would have asked for a lot more money than that... But she drew the map and stuff? that's ridiculous. Even if it wasn't believe she would have still gotten caught...
