Check gates of Vcore mosfets signals using a scope

@@laptex1377 also when you are at it check the signal on the mosfet side of the coil: when the upper mosfet gate goes open means you have to see a raising edge on the mosfet side of the coil.
Also when there is a shunt resistor to measure the output current and it does draw to much current you will see that the driver starts and than detects to much current and PGOOD signals a bad Vcore back to the EC

VTT_CNTL is not input it's the output of CPU which acts as enabling Signal.
