Hi, I use secure properties in my projects to encrypt credentials. It works perfectly when I debug, run and deploy the application. However, during development, I can't access the metadata of certain components unless I create a Global Property with the encryption key in it. Is there a way around this? I don't want to delete these global properties every time before new deployments.
So when you deploy the application, you put the key in plain text. Is that a good practice? I mean let's say more developers work on the same project, is it convenient to let them have a peek at the key at any time? Or can you restrict them to not be able to access the properties that you set while deploying?
