Hi I’m a Japanese. It’s interesting to see that foreign people are impressed at some kind of Japanese things in ETS2. Actually we only have three overseas manufacturers. Scania and Volvo can be seen often and Mercedes-Benz Actros which is super rare. Other manufacturers, such as MAN or DAF or…, cannot be seen.
Thanks for the comments! Japan has always interested me, especially car culture so it's interesting to see a response to my thoughts. Traffic lights in Britain are always vertical not horizontal. I don't think they're bad in Japan but I was surprised how high up they are in some places. Perhaps it seems more of an American thing to me, but Japanese roads in general are really good compared to Britain!
@@takuhome24 Def a better way to view it. At least where i live (US, drives to canada regularly) many traffic lights are placed back for a better viewpoint but i appreciate it being in japan
@@Literallybocchi4769 Sorry, I haven't used this mod in quite a while so I don't remember. If you have the cabin accessories DLC does it not let you mount a smartphone GPS on the windscreen?
one of the best ets2 map, there is a super hard parking addon makes the game more interesting. i don't like to drive on the left the road are little tight hh, so i sufered for the 2 first job before i buy my 1 truck hhhh. good show

That red inverted triangle traffic signs means “STOP” unlike “GIVE WAY” in many other country.
It is said to be really confusing for foreign people.

It's specific to this model. It's not a mod it's part of the free Man TGX 2023 DLC

Haha yeah that would be pretty cool. Although there is already the Tokyo Expressway map for BeamNG which would feel similar

What you need a 4070 for 400% scaling. I can run jt with around 50fps on gtx 1070
Are you running it at highest graphics at 1440p with lots of mods? There's a lot of factors at play

The mod currently only has the western coast of Japan, but their plan is to add the rest of Japan including Tokyo at a later date.

Unrealistic. Those trucks do not exist in Japan. They don't have volvo, scania, daf, mercedes etc
