That was an instant buy for us after we tried it at the Cannes' International Game Festival 2020 (last trip before Covid happened....)! Glad to see other people finding it excellent!

Nice review, looks very cool! Would you say that this has some long time strategy? Or its mostly really tactics, doing the best with your current hand?
I want it but it doesn't seem to be available in the U.S. :(
Such a great game. I imported the French version, as it is largely language independent. Very thinky 2 player or solitaire game. Highly reccomend.

Good strike against the incomplete theme
WHAT?! It pushes buttons like 'Race' (Adapt! 16 actions and that's it!) I'm in. Now gotta remember my BGG password...or I'll forget...next game!
On the use of "belies" in this context: The appearance belies the reality, not the other way around.

but your Explanation is very chaotique
For some reason this review makes the game seem almost incomprehensible. I'm placing and moving some ships on cards, to draw more cards... sometimes discarding some cards... I think to collect some space animals or something? Just bizarre.
Fabulous graphics, but the game-play seems rather mundane.
It's like a streamlined version of Gizmos, really great. A couple of things that can be better. Captains and emmisaries should be more varied. The art is great but only one image for each type of animal? Come on that's just lazy. There's not that much card, you can at least have 3 different art for each animal. Yes, it might add the difficulty, of identifying if the card is part of the same animal, but that's what the animal icon is for right?
I was curious about this one but this review makes it look incredibly boring. Hard pass.
This doesn't look fun at all. I don't get how this is an 8.5...
