Thanks to this train (hopefully would be scrapped if really cannot be resolved), the EWL is not really the so-called 'most reliable SMRT Line' (that title would be handed to NSL instead) anymore from that 25 September breakdown and the legacy trains have gradaully lost the passion to operate full day services, the C651 and C751B have left us physically (although even if that train did not appear on that day, these two models would still retire but they not gone in our hearts) while the KHI trains have reduced to serve during weekday peak hours with half of the fleet on both lines (probably until retirement, though it's sort of a relief for NSL since KHIs are not considered 'very rare' scene for the time being). Now the KHIs on EWL are the SIE 2.0 already (make sense for me to avoid them entirely from now on and replace with R151 trains instead), becoming pretty much unreliable to ride (especially PMSM, since this train was part of it) and their conditions on some sets getting worse. At least the SIE did have a wonderful close especially with 207/208 being the last ever of the fleet running on 30 September 👍. Sometimes, I feel some parts of our lives are unfair (especially from that one-week war, where it really took a hit on many commuters on the western stretch of the line) and we don't want to suffer too much in this world while we should appreciate and treasure the things that are still operational so we won't have regrets later on.
Wow a thirty five year old train running the entire day! Surely nothing bad will happen! 😊😊
So the train doors opened on the left at Changi Airport
It’s very depressing that all KNS and SIE are grounded and the KHIs are only allowed to run during peak hours…
@@JQstudios943 yea they really are showing their age now
Ik, as it was derailed before UPD Track

Since 065 derailed and its a c151 who did so why did lta ground the kns and sie instead of khi when the kns and sie did noting
@337_dabest_svc5bsoe It was probably planned already, it just so happened that the derailment happened around the same time
