Micro Machines return at Toy Fair 2020

- Nerd News Today checked out the triumphant return of Micro Machines, every 90s kids favorite tiny toys of cars, planes, boats, and everything else with wheels or propellers. Jazwares is the company behind this revival, and they have big plans for this small cars, including one of the big playsets from the original line, Super Van City! When I compare the old playset with the new ones, there used to be far more stickers to fill in the detail of roads and things, these ones look mostly like blank plastic so I really hope by the time they're release that they have more sticker detail
These are still early prototypes so stuff like that can certainly change and hopefully they do

The original sets looked way sturdier to.this looks like they realy cheaped out with flimpsy materials. And no decals probl alsow a way to make it cheaper to make.
Beter of buying the ogs seccond hand.

I'm really excited about MM making a come back ... but ... while that wheel design may be ok on super cars and futuristic stuff, on trucks and construction vehicles etc it just looks very out of place. I hope there will be some adjustments made to these to have more in common with the original series!

I remember when I was young, each micro machines vehicle being smaller than this.
I still have several of my original Micro Machines from the 1990's. Micro Machines _Military, Star Wars, Hiways & Byways,_ you name it. I'm so glad Hasbro is reviving the toy line so I can share them with my nephews.
Man I can’t wait 😊 to get those and use them for My Godzilla Toys 🧸 and Kaiju Monsters Toys 🧸 That I’ll get them for Christmas 🎄

I just don't understand how someone that says they are bringing these back the way Galoob did it originally, and then in the next sentence says highly detailed... Man i'm so dissapointed.
Preach it brother. I have some pulling weight as I'm in contact with people who go into direct communication with the product manager. We will get a change I almost guarantee. It. There is a micro machine fan club Facebook page. The more outcry we have On there (already plenty) the better shot we have
I second this, I can guarantee I will most likely spend hundreds on these cars as a collector, as long as they are actually detailed close to what galoob had and based off of REAL vehicles. I collect the old school galoob products and can honestly say I'm very disappointed with how these came out and don't really see this version making much money.
The first year or two of Galoob MicroMachines were fairly basic but they got more detail later on, both in terms of paint/tampos and in terms of sculpt detail. I'm kind of hoping that the new MicroMachines aren't completely accurate to the earliest ones in that I want metal bodies if at all possible.
@@SteveBrandon They may have been basic paint but not this basic. These cars they show look like they are made for preschool kids that are trying to learn colors. Just look at them compared the old ones... these are awful. Everything is so brightly colored. This is hasbro 2.0... not Galoob.
If it has a Dodge Challenger in the mix then it's an instant win.

How does the chase gold and silver work? Will they be in blind bags or in all packs? I've seen the packs on ebay trying to sell for 300 but they dont have either of the gold or silver cars in this vid...

I’ve bought everything except the blind bags can’t find them anywhere are they out yet or not with the other products?
Bought a ton too from Target and Walmart. I haven’t seen any blind bags, but I have been saying for years that Hasbro needs to do this. When Shopkins were a huge hit, they could have easily released these the same way. They’re still better than the previous reboot attempt, but I hope next year they’ll release licensed vehicles. That’s what made the originals so special IMO, actually being able to own micro versions of real cars.
Blind bags have been spotted in Finland and New Zealand so far...

So I just picked up 2 sets of the new Micro Machines and after a bit of hunting was lucky enough to find a silver GT-7 (#0069 😉 nice) and I was wondering;
How rare are the silver / chrome cars?
How rare are the gold cars?
Is the rarity different in different countries? I'm in the UK.

Also die Autos sind okay aber die Häuser und Städte gehen mal garnicht... sehen Billig aus... Da sind die Old Origenal mit viel mehr liebe gemacht.. sorry aber da haben sich selbst die Chines Unterfordert gefühlt bei der Herstellung :-(

Micro machines trains
I've seen around on the internet that some people are mad about the wheel I think the new wheels are a great idea I'm not trying to make anyone mad that like the old ones but the old ones rims were kind of boring a lot of them had the same exact Rim I own a lot of old Micro Machines don't get me wrong I love them but I wish they use more different types of rims instead of that one that looks like a blade especially for the older trucks they should have used that wheel that looks like a white wall tire I actually made a custom micro machine that I am trying to get a set of those wheels for but those wheels are not so easy to get your hands on cuz most of the majority of the wheels is that one that looks like a blade I'm not talkin about the three spoke one I'm talking about the eight spoke one that Rim was overused I think I'm glad to see they're giving some of these ones Wheels color there's only one vehicle I seen that I want to have different rims that old green farm truck I'm going to do a wheel swap on that one if it is possible I know it is possible to swap The Wheels on the old ones if you have a small enough screwdriver
