Anyone with skill. Filler is like a little kid against real pros like Bata, SVB, Gorst, Strickland, Eklent. SVB beats Eklent a lot, Eklent beats Filler constantly. I'd put Filler in the top 30 maybe but his consistency just is not there.
Some of the best breaking ive ever seen for sure.

Consistent break from Kaci
Still don’t get this thing on the break to stop the 9 ball. Who thought of that.
It literally makes all the balls touch to get a consistent rack every time. When a normal rack is used and a ref racks it is never as consistent. 99% of the time the 9 ball doesn’t move because that’s how it should be if all the balls are touching. I agree that these magic racks do tend to stop a slow rolling ball sometimes, but I think this rack leads to a much fairer break for both opponents.

Can someone please explain how joshua filler breaks the wingball every time WITHOUT GOING IN TO THE RAIL, from a position thats not possible, almost from the side, or is that only when yhe 1 is on the spot ?
