    1. Kara Darshana Mantra:-
    Karagre Vasate Lakshmi Karamadhye Saraswati
    Karamoole Sthita Gauri Prabhate Kara Darshanam
    Meaning:-
    Lakshmi, the goddess of wealth, resides at the tips of the fingers.
    Saraswati, the goddess of knowledge, resides at the middle of the hands.
    Gauri (Durga), the goddess of strength and power, resides at the base of the hands.
    Therefore, upon waking in the morning, one should first look at their hands to invoke blessings of these deities.
    2. Bhoomi Prarthana Mantra:-
    Samudra Vasane Devi Parvatastana Mandale
    Vishnu Patni Namastubhyam Pada Sparsham Kshamasvame
    Meaning:-
    The Earth is considered divine, adorned with oceans as her garments and mountains as her bosom. She is the consort of Lord Vishnu. Bowing to the Earth, this mantra asks for forgiveness for placing one's feet upon her.
    3. Snana Mantra:-
    Gange Cha Yamune Chaiva Godavari Saraswati
    Narmade Sindhu Kaveri Jale Sminsannidhim Kuru
    Meaning:-
    This mantra invokes the sacred rivers of India: Ganga, Yamuna, Godavari, Saraswati, Narmada, Sindhu, and Kaveri. It requests their divine presence and sanctity in the water being used for the bath.
    4. Pundarikaksha Mantra:-
    Sri Vedavyasaya Namaha
    Sri Hanumate Namaha
    Apavitra Pavitrova, Sarva Vasthanga Topiva,
    Yasmaret Pundarikaksham, Sabha Yabhyanta Rashuchihi
    Pundarikakshaya Namaha
    Meaning:-
    Salutations to Sage Vedavyasa and Lord Hanuman.
    Whether pure or impure, in any state of being, one who remembers the name of Pundarikaksha (the lotus-eyed Vishnu) becomes purified both externally and internally.
    5. Achamana Mantra:-

    Om Narayanaya Swaha
    Om Madhavaya Swaha
    Om Govindaya Namah
    Om Vishnave Namah
    Om Madhusudanaya Namah

    Om Keshavaya Swaha - The one with beautiful, flowing hair, and the Lord of creation.
    Om Narayanaya Swaha - The abode of all beings and the eternal refuge.
    Om Madhavaya Swaha - The consort of Lakshmi, representing sweetness and prosperity.
    Om Govindaya Namah - The protector of cows and giver of joy.
    Om Vishnave Namah - The all-pervading Lord.
    Om Madhusudanaya Namah - The destroyer of the demon Madhu.
    Om Trivikramaya Namah - The one who measured the three worlds in his cosmic stride.
    Om Vamanaya Namah - The dwarf incarnation who restored cosmic balance.
    Om Shridharaya Namah - The bearer of Lakshmi on his chest.
    Om Hrishikesaya Namah - The master of senses.
    Om Padmanabhaya Namah - The one with a lotus emerging from his navel.
    Om Damodaraya Namah - The one bound by the love of devotees.
    Om Sankarshanaya Namah - The manifestation of Balarama, who represents strength and unity.
    Om Vasudevaya Namah - The son of Vasudeva, Lord Krishna.
    Om Pradyumnaya Namah - The god of love and Krishna's son.
    Om Aniruddhaya Namah - The one who cannot be obstructed or resisted, Krishna's grandson.
    Om Purushottamaya Namah - The supreme being beyond all creation.
    Om Adokshajaya Namah - The transcendent and beyond sensory perception.
    Om Narasimhaya Namah - The man-lion incarnation who protects devotees from harm.
    Om Achyutaya Namah - The infallible one.
    Om Janardanaya Namah - The protector of all living beings.
    Om Upendraya Namah - The younger brother of Indra, an incarnation of Vamana.
    Om Haraye Namah - The remover of sins and sorrows.
    Om Krishnaya Namah - The all-attractive one and supreme personality of Godhead.
    6. Pranayama:
    6.1. Invocation Mantra:-
    Aum Pranavasya, Parameshti, Parabrahma Rushihi
    Paramatma Devata, Devi Gayatri Chandaha
    Pranayame Viniyogaha - Head, Chest, Nose
    Meaning:-
    Aum Pranavasya: Essence of pranayama.
    Parameshti: Refers to the Supreme Being who resides in all.
    Parabrahma Rushihi: The ultimate consciousness or supreme cosmic spirit.
    Paramatma Devata: The deity is Paramatma, the universal soul within all beings.
    Devi Gayatri Chandaha: The meter (chandaha) of this mantra is Gayatri, and the deity invoked is Gayatri Devi, the goddess of wisdom and illumination.
    Pranayame Viniyogaha: Marks the beginning of Pranayama.
    It is traditionally recited while touching the head (consciousness), chest (heart and emotions), and nose (breath and life force) to activate these energy centers.
    6.2. Seven Vyahritis (Cosmic Realms):-
    Aum Bhuhu, Aum Bhuvaha, Aum Swaha
    Aum Mahaha, Aum Janaha, Aum Tapaha, Aum Satyam
    Meaning:-
    These are the seven Vyahritis, representing different realms of existence or planes of consciousness:
    Bhuhu: The Earth, material plane.
    Bhuvaha: The intermediate space, energy plane.
    Swaha: The heavens, celestial plane.
    Mahaha: The realm of cosmic intelligence.
    Janaha: The plane of creation and progeny.
    Tapaha: The realm of austerity and spiritual discipline.
    Satyam: The ultimate truth and eternal reality.
    Chanting these names aligns the practitioner with the cosmic hierarchy and prepares them to receive divine grace.
    6.3. Gayatri Mantra:-
    Tat Savitur Varenyam
    Bhargo Devasya Dhimahi
    Dhiyo Yonah Prachodayat
    Meaning:-
    Tat: That divine source.
    Savitur: The Inner sun, symbolizing the life-giving energy of the universe.
    Varenyam: The most excellent, worthy of worship.
    Bhargo: The divine radiance and glory.
    Devasya: Of the Supreme Lord.
    Dhimahi: We meditate upon.
    Dhiyo Yonah Prachodayat: May this divine light inspire and guide our intellect.
    This mantra invokes the cosmic energy of the Inner sun for wisdom, spiritual growth, and guidance.
    6.4. Gayatri Shiras Mantra:-
    Aum Aapo Jyothi Rasomrutam Brahma Bhur Bhuvah Swarom
    Meaning:-
    Aum: The universal sound of creation.
    Aapo: Water, symbolizing purity and life.
    Jyothi: Light, representing knowledge and illumination.
    Rasa: Essence or nectar of life.
    Amrutam: Immortality, the divine nectar.
    Brahma: The ultimate reality or creator.
    Bhur, Bhuvah, Swaha: The three primary realms (earth, energy, and heavens).
    This verse is a culmination of the mantra, acknowledging the interconnectedness of all realms, elements, and the divine source.

    Can I do this when I wake up but on my periods though?

      Except Mudra Dharan, other steps can be done by woman. But must follow the steps in sequence i.e. after bathing in the morning.
