I was seriously injured recently (hit by a car and fractured over 20 bones in my spine , ribs, and arm) , and these frequencies have been IMMENSELY helpful in my recovery process. Thank you so much for putting out genuine, accurate, and high quality work with every video, especially the 8 hr ones I use when sleeping . There are very few people on YT or other platforms that really get it right, and you are the best of the best. If you know frequencies that help with anxiety / irritability, I would be SO thankful for an 8 hr reset for my brain, and during my extended meditation sessions . Thank you again , SO much. That track is perfect again, i use them while reading, meditative visualisation and deep breathwork Before my workouts. While i do my deep breathing i often fall in trance which lets your music sound like its from another dimension and it feels like my body recovers and gets a lot of energy for my workout! I love music like this. It’s heavenly. Can make one feel powerful emotions or a state of awe or calm. I like to imagine myself on an alien planet exploring flora and fauna.
Whew I was able to get back to sleep. I wake up every 2 or 3 hours and your tracks are helping immensely. So interesting observation: When have my eyes closed I can see little flickers or flashes of beautiful colors. The best way I can describe this is as if I can see synapses firing. It's quite pleasant. I try and imagine it's my brain being healed of my neurological disease. I believe frequencies carry healing abilities. Will check back periodically. My heart chakra is so broken that I cant feel any pain anymore. I went throw a heartbreak and I didn’t feel the pain. I dont know how to restaure my heart chakra 🤧
I'm really sorry to hear that. And i hope you are better now. sorry if this sounds stupid. But i have to tell whats going through my mind… I think sometimes, not feeling pain is just a way of our body to shield us until we’re ready to heal. It might not make sense now, but with time, you may come to see this as a form of protection, a space created by your higher self to gather strength. Trust that this phase won't last forever. Nature, self-reflection, and acceptance of your past experiences are powerful steps towards healing, as I've discovered myself. Sending positive thoughts your way and believe for brighter days ahead. Keep faith in the journey.

Nature, self-reflection, and acceptance of your past experiences are powerful steps towards healing, as I've discovered myself. Sending positive thoughts your way and believe for brighter days ahead.
