Um.... isn't that TOXIC, like i hesrd using airbrush paint itself is toxic but NAIL POLISH AND ACETONE, in the air, that sounds highly toxic to me. I'm learning how to use an airbrush so I'm watching a lot of videos and this one seems highly unsafe
this is a really fun way to get gel allergies that will prevent you from doing gel again. You’re spraying acetone and UNCURED gel in the air. you and your client will both inhale that, and not to mention the uncured product that will be on their fingers no matter how little it was on for. this method of airbrush has been debunked already as UNSAFE. alternative methods for airbrush look is either powder pigments or blooming gel
@@mayaishere22 I’m not sure, probably. but you shouldn’t use this method, as you’ll be breathing in gel polish and getting it on the skin probably which is harmful. The best air brush paint to use is OneAir which is cosmetic grade and safe for the skin. Still use a mask with any airbrush paint.
This is extremely, extremely unsafe. If you shouldn't even have a little bit of gel polish touching the skin for sately reasons, what makes you think aerosolizing acetone and uncured gel polish into your skin, your eyes, AND your lungs is something to TELL people to do? This is irresponsible. People have melted their contacts onto their eyeballs. You can SCAR your lungs. You can give yourself and others a gel allergy EASILY. The only way this is "safe" is if you have FULL hazmat suit PPE with safety goggles and one of the industrial respirators construction workers and painters use, you're doing it in a WELL ventilated area like outside, and it's on press-ons instead of a real hand. Notice how the acetone is really overwhelming and how it takes a while for it to dissipate? It takes up to 2+ hours for an area to be safely populated without PPE after only ONE SPRITZ. YES, this is as serious as it sounds. Do better research, take care of yourself more, and don't tell people to do irreparable damage to themselves with this method.
Thank you for explaining ratio! I have been searching for a video to even tell me what they’re mixing in with the gel paint! Thank you!
You forgot to mention you need a painting box+filter and a painters mask for safety
This is great thank you!
Very helpful video
❤ I will be trying this
❤❤

Which air brush do you recommend?
I really want to know how do you clean the nail folds and cuticle area?
Clean the cuticles with alcohol before you cure the nail
I got this and broke it the same day :( ?! idk what I did wrong it just stopped working & I tried unclogging it but still wasn’t working
Is this the bellavista airbrush? Im trying to clean mine but cant figure out how to get the needle out
What is the ratio?

Does the acetone not eat away at the inkwell?
Some air brushes come with a metal one
Buy nail polish thinner instead, it will preserve the polish hardeners, acetone won’t.
What is it hooked up too? I’m told I need a house and a compressor
I charged it first but you don’t have to hook this one up. It just attaches to the compressor
Can I use monomer instead of acetone ?
No a huge no
Why tf would you do that !!?!??
You shouldn’t even being using acetone!

Can u use like the airbrush paints? Or is that bad as well?
You should not be using polish or acetone in the airbrush, that’s not safe to put into the air.
dont use acetone!!!
