The herb tool is a mezzaluna. You should look for a big wooden bowl to use it properly (or you could use a wood cutting board but personally, I prefer a bowl).

The curved knife is a Mezzaluna... it means half moon... they come with 1, 2 or 3 blades, I use mine mostly for herbs or garlic. But larger ones are available for cutting pizza.

I love skin and me but I had to stop using it as I have arthritis in my hands and the click twist was really painful for me to use 😢
