It’s unlikely but in my theory, Gabriel has created Mega Akumas in season 5 a lot. It’s unknown how much potential and intense power it can affect on both the holder and the miraculous. But maybe it can cause damage to the butterfly miraculous. Even on a kwami too since the kwamis and the holder are connected. Like in Miraculer, both Adrien and Plagg felt the pain of the cataclysm. Like Shadybug and Claw Noir used their powers repeatedly without transforming back, it only caused afflictions of black veins on their bodies. If similar actions occur on Lila to do more than one Akuma, she could also face the same fate as them too since she’s also a minor but her maturity could be more twisted into psychopath.

Also I know people asking how the peacock miraculous got broken but I think the most simple answer is either a huge rock hit it and break the back part or the combination of the heat of the lava and huge rock damage it. I don't why people can't pick the simple obvious answer.

Well what you does make sense but it also could be said that because the miraculous of the butterfly can naturally turn people into villains, Lila might not be affected
If Lila/cerise used the butterfly miraculous the chances of her dieing is REALLY high as the Miraculous is damaged ( IF it is) and if she uses the Miraculous till she's a adult the chances of her dieing is WAY higher than before as the security system would not project her anymore as she's a adult ( again IF the butterfly miraculous is damaged that is)
