At their dorms we know that as a group they gather and we know that Felix goes out with Changbin but one other member is always with. Other than that as you can see here in this vid. They must never be caught together when other's are doing their own thing. If they touch each other then other's have to touch them too and if they want to touch each other in any way they have to touch another member as well first. In other words they(managers) have very strict rules for what is allowed and what is not. And yes the other reason is their crazy schedules. Sorry for the whole essay but I didn't want to give a half answer. I only wish that they can interact with each other as freely as some of the other members.
