I really wished that after Cole apologized and stepped down, JID would would have gone after kendrick. I think this would have blown up his career as I feel he can go bar for bar with kendrick with lyrics. This would have set him apart from dreamville too as Cole wouldn't have wanted him to respond.
@KingBenny how so? JID is J cole's artist. It would make sense for him to defend cole. I dont think it should be anything malicious like what happened with Drake, just a lyrical back and forth like we all wanted from cole
First off white commentary is always comical on this topic. Secondly he was asked by to step away the since k dot has real issues with drake. Nothing cowardly about doing what you want. What smack talk was Cole ever doing?
hip hop fans come from rap and hiphop; I'm an old head and if you ever had friends and had a disagreement with them and squared up took one punch and felt sick like you where hurting a brother, especially us almost 40s somethings? NAW I said Cole smarter than drake... we light skin have to sense danger cause it can come from white or black... one of the two felt a disturbance in the force.. it takes time for wisdom to set in and it hit Cole like a stack of bricks.
J Cole can’t call himself King, Muhammad or saying anything about Big 1 and Big 3 ever again. He remove himself from the smoke. Yes, he kept his reputation in tact but he also omitted himself from the crown.
What I didn't understand were the fans of J Cole who _knew_ about the history between Kendrick and Drake and how far back their beef went and yet they *still* wanted Cole to join in. There are videos dated several years back, detailing the disdain between Kendrick and Drake. It's weird that some of Cole's fans would want their favorite rapper getting involved in that type of beef.
I can't give j cole a pass. As a fan, that apology was so disappointing. The past 5 years he sneak dissed kendrick, said he gonna smoke our fav rappers, dissed kanye and noname but when kendrick jumped on him "he's not the beef guy", "it don't match wit his soul" and "he stay true wit his character"? Lets be honest, he just scared
people that can’t think for themselves will take what cole said in his apology at face value and ignore the fact that cole had been asking for smoke from anyone. i don’t remember him saying dissing lil pump and diggy simmons was lame
I legitimately think Kendrick and his boys scared him back into making uplifting non confrontational music which as a Cole fan was hard to watch but c'mon the boy got scared to step in the ring with the big boys for real. Do I respect it? Yes. But he better not ever try to sneak diss other rappers ever again. I think he's done with that lane. Honestly. This was probably a good way to transition into that for him.
J.cole Had to be talking about aubrey. 1st shit was classic but your last shit was tragic. Most of drizzy's shit put dudes to sleep. He could've done better.
Cole just want to write music, then after Like That he thought some friendly sparring with his friends could be cool but those 2 want to fking chill each other so he respectfully got out the way cuz he has no enemies
I don't think so it has too much pressure on it now, he been hyping it up then he apologised thus increasing the pressure and he struggles under GOAT level press
The top 3 were competing but the beef didn’t include cole. He did right moving aside but his real lapse of judgement was letting everyone get in his head to drop when he shouldn’t have n didn’t want to.
My primal reaction was "we going in?", but upon revaluation, before starting the vid, J Cole is the only Christ like one here. Kdot is of God. But he's the sword. J Cole is the heart. *I'll die on this hill.

Hold up first thing "for all my dog" was supposed to feature both k dot and cole and "Like that" was directed at Drake, j Cole was collateral.
I really wished that after Cole apologized and stepped down, JID would would have gone after kendrick. I think this would have blown up his career as I feel he can go bar for bar with kendrick with lyrics. This would have set him apart from dreamville too as Cole wouldn't have wanted him to respond.
Jid going after Kendrick would be so random lol
@KingBenny how so? JID is J cole's artist. It would make sense for him to defend cole. I dont think it should be anything malicious like what happened with Drake, just a lyrical back and forth like we all wanted from cole
Crazy how easy they trying to give dude a pass for cowarding out after all that smack talk and all because ANOTHER dude got demolished.
First off white commentary is always comical on this topic. Secondly he was asked by to step away the since k dot has real issues with drake. Nothing cowardly about doing what you want.
What smack talk was Cole ever doing?
@ks_wallace2324 that's CAP HE TALKED BIG TOUGH GAME TIL SHIT GOT REAL AND GOT PUNKD😂😂
"FUCK THE BIG THREE ITS JUST BIG ME"
You step up then and diss kdot. I'll wait @@openworld6337
Them two are real friends but he said fuck Drake and anybody who fucks Drake
@@ks_wallace2324 them white bois like Drake really be trippin 💀💀💀 they must have really like the leaked video to be this dckc riders
hip hop fans come from rap and hiphop; I'm an old head and if you ever had friends and had a disagreement with them and squared up took one punch and felt sick like you where hurting a brother, especially us almost 40s somethings?
It's weird that some of Cole's fans would want their favorite rapper getting involved in that type of beef.
i mean i think most ppl wanted cole to jump in cause itd be fun to see the battle of kendrick and cole lyrically
For me I don’t think this really affect cole cause he just being true to his character 🤷🏽♂️ love to the big 3 tho
So no one else wants to talk about Dreamville K E N D R I C K
MDL for me is a classic i loved every song besides fever i personally dont understand the "mid and bad" reviews.
Lets be honest, he just scared
what songs was he sneak dissing kendrick?
Stay disappointed then. The rest of us will respect his maturity. You could use some too
people that can’t think for themselves will take what cole said in his apology at face value and ignore the fact that cole had been asking for smoke from anyone. i don’t remember him saying dissing lil pump and diggy simmons was lame

@@smr6141”the rest of us” 😂😂😂
I legitimately think Kendrick and his boys scared him back into making uplifting non confrontational music which as a Cole fan was hard to watch but c'mon the boy got scared to step in the ring with the big boys for real.
How many times have you listed to TPAB from beginning to end- be honest
Cole is Thorfinn irl
Wasn't "It's a boy" supposed to come before "the fall off"
There hasn't been any downfall to J-Cole. Him stepping out made perfect sense.
there's has people were excited about his album now no one talks about it
@@drtenma8 eh, I never heard any talk about any of his albums Haha! I always picked up late
Cole just want to write music, then after Like That he thought some friendly sparring with his friends could be cool but those 2 want to fking chill each other so he respectfully got out the way cuz he has no enemies
Man still can't say shit about being the "best rapper" or "imma kill your fav rapper"
Okay. 95% of his catalog isn't about that. The other 5% is braggadocios raps. So he didn't lose any subject matter really.
@@ks_wallace2324he aint ali.. hes jake paul.. clown
Cole had foresight no one understood 😢
Big cope...he's been talking shit for year😂
Cole aint want the smoke.
Dorm heat
The beef was with Kendrick and Drake only J Cole didn’t need to jump into it, so he made the right decision.
I don't think so it has too much pressure on it now, he been hyping it up then he apologised thus increasing the pressure and he struggles under GOAT level press
Niquil Cole always been overrated.
Psst kbg uploaded
They not like us fr fr
The top 3 were competing but the beef didn’t include cole. He did right moving aside but his real lapse of judgement was letting everyone get in his head to drop when he shouldn’t have n didn’t want to.
Agreed, hence the apology and he admitted to that as well.
kbg the goat 😤😤
Might delete later was #1 for how long again? Talking about mixed reviews.
And how can you say buddy fell off?! That’s crazy work there.
6:58 😂😂Diabolical
My primal reaction was "we going in?", but upon revaluation, before starting the vid, J Cole is the only Christ like one here. Kdot is of God. But he's the sword. J Cole is the heart. *I'll die on this hill.
That’s why Kendrick said “I’ll b**t your a** and hide the Bible if God watching”. Perfect description. Had to censor in case TH-cam didn’t let my comment go through
You trippin. Might Delete Later was fire. It was an EP/Mixtape. No weak songs
soft is nice. It's good to be soft, but then again. I dunno, he didn't have a reason to go hard against some industry 'friends'.
Jesus, downfall? These are all rappers that have been doing their thing for years, all this drama culminated in a very short few year beef with a huge escalation at the end of it. Ain’t nobody fall off but Drake a bit but people will still pay to see him, it’s not like anybody died 😭 it’s just a big moment not a career ending one necessarily… shit I hope at least I wanna hear more music from everybody 😂
He should apologize for the song he just did
Yep. Absolutely right
Great video as always! Keep up the hard work
Thank you Chris! Always can count on you
I'm waiting his apology to the trans community
Does The Fall Off mean he's retiring?
Probably. I hope not tho
Uhmm MIGHT DELETE LATER is a great project
Nah bruh shit was weak
Wine ages slowly. This aged like a green banana. Shit was good to go overnight.
I will forever respect J Cole...and after all of what happened he will always be my favorite rapper 😂. That had nothing to do with him North Carolinians don't fight a fight that aint got non to do with us unless its for a good as reason. At least I don't. We choose peace 😂.
I’ve loved him since FHD 🥹 (no homo)
7 Minute Drill was weak af and so was the whole tape. No replay value whatsoever imo.
Prada Cole
MDL is throaway J Cole mixtape. Rushed and no point whatsoever
