Yeah this was a Saturday morning visit which is a bit unusual for me, but I had a nice cooked breakfast before going on the station. Thanks Ian for watching. Mike.
Tamworth is an interesting station. The West Coast main line goes under the Birmingham to Derby line. Not many Pendolinos stop at Tamworth. This is the town where three wheel Reliants were manufactured.
Morning Mike. Hope you're keeping well 👍🏻 Another great montage of super great trains on the uk network with a toot toot from a class 90 🤣 No news on our house move yet 😩 Hopefully we're looking at the 10th of December 🤔 Can't wait until l can see the trains on the West coast main line in my back garden 😃 Hopefully you'll film the dusty bin parcel units on the network very soon 😀 Take care when your out and about cheers Stevie 😎
Stevie as I hadn't heard from you I was thinking you was busy getting settled into your new home, but I am so wrong. It is disgusting how long this is taking Stevie. Thanks mate for having a look at my video, and I hope you get in on the 10/12/21. Mike.
Another great video! They say UK ports are bunged and can't shift containers quick enough yet quite a few of these freights are running partially empty. What gives?
Whilst the Class 66s remain the main stay of freight transport on the UK Railway System I was very surprised to see one of the class in what might be an unusual location last week. I was traveling on a TGV into Paris (Gare de i’est) and about 6/8 km outside of the station was a Class 66 loco (with its UK number) in a freight yard. My question is does anybody know if that is a loco on loan/lease to a French operator or is it used on a regular path from/to the UK?
Amazing video Mike!! Really amazing shots and sounds of all those container trains!! Tamworth being one of those places that have become overrun by containers. Such a shame the pendolino bowled your shot!!
not gonna lie, once when I went trainspotting here, there was a sleepy / drunk man who almost fell off the station platform onto the tracks as a class 66 was approaching, luckily the train's horn scared the person away.
Love watching videos of my local
Oh that is good and why not, hope my footage was good enough for you.
Great selection of shots here Mike. Always a busy station
Many thanks Matthew.
Definitely! Nice selection of subjects and shots. Thank you
Glad you enjoyed it Robert, thank you for watching.
Tamworth is a station I have passed through many times but never alighted at. Some fine video clips there Mike. Cheers, Jeff.
Thank you Jeff, one day when you have a few hours spare when passing you should get off. Cheers for taking a look Mike.
Great video Mike. Certainly a busy station, as I found out on my first visit a few weeks ago.
Oh yes you was down this way Phil the other week, cheers Mike.
thank you for this video😊 I commute to Tamworth every weekday and it’s nice to see the variety of trains :)
You are welcome mate, so you don't get to see much then while rushing to your place of work.
Fantastic 👌👍🥇🎥
Thanks Ronnie for watching.🤗
Brilliant video at Tamworth high level & low level.

Yes Colin that's what was on the news but I think things have improved recently. Thanks for giving my video a look. Mike.
Great early morning video Mike
Thanks Andrew.
Warum nur immer die störenden Windgeräusche? Mit guter Technik ginge es doch auch ohne.
A toot toot from the Class 90 driver. I love a happy ending.
As you say a nice touch at the end of the video, cheers Mike.

Brian a number of them went over about ten years ago I think, it could have been longer, they are all part of the DB company.
@@antman09ful1 Strange that they retain the UK livery and numbering
Well they do venture back to Toton sometimes for a service.

Thank you very much Jacob. Regards Mike.
Good video Mike :)
Thank you Simon.

Oh right, thanks for checking my video out.
Another one of my favourite locations. Can never go wrong here and as always first class filming from you Mike 👍🏻
Yes I thought you would enjoy this filming Ben, made a change for me to pop into this station. Cheers Mike.
Freightliner electrics working again, good.
Yes they are Bryan, great news I think.
Nice video thanks!
Glad you liked it mate, I enjoyed the visit there.
Great video Mike. What time does DB cargo left London Gateway to go to Trafford Park
Its booked to leave at 02.45 Arnold, but can leave before that some days. Thanks Mike.
@@antman09ful1 oh okay
A busy 2hrs for u Mike.👍
Yes indeed David, and a nice surprise at the end with them class 90s, regards Mike.
lucky to get 90s!
Yes I was, but they are creeping back on some services.
@@antman09ful1 still no DB 90s
8:33 Love doing that shot.
Yes Paul it makes the video a little more interesting, but you need a steady hand as I never had my tripod with me. Cheers for watching Paul. Mike.
An early start for you Mike.
Well I'm used to it Tom, but yes its harder in the winter months. Cheers Mike.
