Довелось поработать этим буром 32 мм, он Великолепен. До этого за один день на лифтах обычный ушатали. Из плюсов - явно легче, хороший винт, прощает мотыляние в стороны, оригинальная хорошая заточка, цельная головка - шарошка, я бы сказал. Из минусов - через полгода дохрена работы все равно умер- сломался посредине, усталость металла никто не отменял.
Ты забыл главный минус - цену

Вот если бы пробурили кусок (в реальном времени) а потом разломили и показали как там на самом деле. А мультики смотрятся не убедительно
@@vmusatov Оно в реальности именно так и сверлит. Вместе с арматурой и всем что есть в бетоне. 1 раз поработаешь Хилтивским буром и понимаешь что Бош, Макита и пр это "остальные".
Другой момент что при заклинивании такого диаметра на перфе без защиты намотает оператора на бур.
@@Dmitry_nadzor да, действительно, заказывать буры у бош это совсем другой момент)))
Оно и в реале так же буриться, на личном опыте проверено когда бурил 14-м буром и попал чётко в центр арматуры. И это даже не хилти буром. Так что подыми свою пятую точку и сам попробуй пробури, а не умничаешь

Тоже так подумал, вот только из-за этого её брять опасно.
на самом деле арматура закусывает* сверла .....но мультиком это не показать ....
Сегодня проходил стену несущую перформатором на 2квтт, закусило арматуриной, перфоратор в отсечку, растяжение связки на кисти, если бы не было отсечки у перфоратора выломало бы

People say 'ooh drilling through the rod is weakening the construction, this is bad stuff'
Well no, I guess it's better to hit the rod, make the drill jam and possibly break your hand or at least leaving a piece of the drill bit or the whole thing permanently in the wall.
It always amazes and amuses me how people with tons of theoretical knowledge on these subjects often lack the practical knowledge.
HILTI has always been a great company. It is nice to see they are keeping up the good work even in this day and age.
Well, guess I reached the point where I don't know if this is a genuine comment or just a joke. So, good job!
I haven’t seen an impact tool nowadays that doesn’t have a torque limiting clutch to avoid hand injury. It’s a matter of handling the tool with proper grip and strength.
I know that a drill bit like that has its place, when you are absolutely required to drill at a specific point. (And in those cases, the building engineer has predicted that some rebars might get caught and has accounted for that by oversizing structural elements by some factor)
But that doesn’t mean that you simply drill carelessly wherever it suits you, just because you have a capable tool.
@@kaynd You need to drill a hole somewhere, but how can you tell if the rebar is there? Maybe you do if it is a new building, but say you are drilling a wall that is 5, 10, 20, 30 years old...there is no way for you to know where the rebar is.
Unless they developed some kind of metal detector device that can tell you what's inside the wall, which seems like a possibility. I must admit, I haven't been keeping track of recent events in the field.
@@IrisGalaxis Indeed you may hit a rebar by accident if you don't have enough imformation or a way to accurately detect.
But most of the times that has happend to me, I am able to retract the tool and drill a new hole a few centimetres further.
I just acknowledge the facf that you may not have the option to change the drill point. In whitch case the stuctural engineer responsible for the building sould give the "go ahead" or provide an alternative solution.

Those who are saying that cutting through rod is okay.. Imagine ur hand with a fractured bone 🤣 u can imagine the later if u don't fix the bone 😂
@sumesh s pinarayi The only time I would think it might apply is if you were to drill through reinforcement that's under tension. (bars under tension compress the concrete making it stronger) If you remove that tension by severing the reinforcement, you might weaken the structure. But for most applications these holes aren't going to hurt anything.

Nobody would look at how to drill around on an iron for 30 minutes - but you can believe that 'Hilti' makes quite useful drills.
I don't know the 6-blade drills yet, but the 4-blade drills are vastly superior to the 'normal' ones.

I mean, I assume they have to do this anyway and I’m sure they don’t go around with a metal detector to find rebarless areas and plan based off that. This just makes it easier

@@dr.haroldweinstein5157 They do actually go around with a rebar detector depending on the structure. You can't just go around undermining the structural integrity of pillars, bridges, beams etc'. They're not cheap. I think Hiltis scanner is about $50,000 here in Australia.

Hi there, thanks for your comment. Of course hitting rebar should be avoided at any cost due to it compromising structural integrity, which is why we recommend using one of our rebar detection tools such as the PS 250 or PS 1000.
If not detected, hitting rebar is inevitable - which is where our TE-YX design pays off!

@@MStanislav88 В наших домах арматуры и так - остатки недоэкономленного. 1 пруток может быть половиной арматуры. И бетон может быть Г. Мы так малыми брошенную диспетчерскую будку на арматуру разобрали. Чурбаном стучишь легонько, бетон сыпется, скелет остаётся.
@@MStanislav88 сам строитель инженер. Каждый взял и в своей квартире перерубил по одной-две арматурине и хватит. А если учесть сейсмоопасные зоны коих не мало, то веселые картинки появятся быстрее чем мы думаем!

The drill don't distinguish structuctural or not bars.
Thats what I thought.
I saw this on new ganga 6lane cable stayed bridge. Its tipis called as industrial diamond (cutting edge). If there is deficiency of reinforcement in concrete or forget to insert bar and after casting concrete you have to insert extra bars then use this method.

Так они же показали хилтевский перф, а он остановиться при залинивании. Там защита стоит. При резком рывке, мгновенная остановка.

писдёшь, в обоих случаях сверло пойдёт по наименьшему сопротивлению, т.е. пойдёт в сторону.
Не во всех случаях. Если речь о хорошем,тяжёлом бетоне то с высокой долей вероятности бур начнёт вгрызаться в арматуру. Вопрос лишь в том ,осилит ли он ее )))
Порадовали обороты на которых мужик так бодро долбил бетон хилтовским отбойником. Видать ни разу не наматывало яйца на вращающиеся детали ))))

Дорогое сверло сломало все зубы об старую советскую арматуру. (ж/б плиту на полу в гараже сверлил)
Об старые Советские железки много чего в мире сломалось :) Всё детство ездил на Советским велике. И только сейчас на современном велике хз из какой сыромятины сделанном, узнал что звёздочка может износиться или погнуться.
