These promotional karts are whack. For Beenox being a Canadian company, its ironic how all of the promos (Sour Patch, Plane, and now this one) are all not available in Canada. Yeah, Beenox is just a face, and the promotions are probably being held by Activision, but still, this is whack.
Its just dumb too, like, $3 for a bag of candy, yeah, legit deal. $5 for a kart and the proceeds go to charity, its still kinda expensive, but its whatever. $20 plus having to cancel your current internet service provider for a kart? Get outta here, no one's gonna do that EVEN IF XFINITY WAS AVAILABLE WORLD WIDE!
Like, Beenox, my guy, you've been good with the base game, you've been good with the Grand Prixs, hell, buying Wumpa Coins isn't my thing (Seriously, costs like $5 for a pair of wheels is kinda crazy...) but even that I'm fine with. But these promotional karts are just plain stupid.

I havent bought wumpa coins they give me enough every gran prix to buy everything and have leftover remaining. Iv unlocked everything and have like 60k sitting there I dont play more than 40 minutes a day for daily x5. Weekends I sometimes do an hour.

How are you fine with the Microtransactions? How has this community become so apathetic over a AAA game studio implementing free-to-play style monetisation in a game that is $40 and over. I don't care if Wumpa coins are easy to get, that's not the point. The point is, is that it preys on kids, and the weak-minded-of-varying-stripes. This practice gets on my nerves, and I truly despise how the world has treated this practise as acceptable in modern gaming. If you want to make money post-lauch, sell Freakin' DLC and sell the game itself. That's it.
Beenox doesn't has control on the promos.

Its not Beenox doing this, it's XFinity trying to sell subscriptions. They are alot cheaper on Ebay now though
It's a unfortunate situation buddy with a fanbase that's being steadily growing with the high quality of content Beenox have provided the demand for codes worldwide has been big, on reflection my original post was harsh on Beenox more of a business decision made by Xfinity and Activision,
Activision doing their practices for the third time.
First was the candy car, the Call of Duty plane and now this.
Can we still get the call of duty plane?
The plane was fairly easy and cheap to get
"But plane was charity and it was cheap" that's how Activision promoted it as, who know if the meoney really went to charity nobody spend their time on investigating or tracking where did the money go, it's more probable that Activision still has the money anyway.
For a game that was announved as one with no microtransactions they have a lot of not friendly practices and all of this started after the second Grand prix, not even a year after the game came out. This strategy is scum in it's purest form, Activision waited for the game to receive a good press realese and after that they introduced the microtransactions. They repeated the strategy of Call of Duty.

If Activision held the money and didn't give to charity, it would be a scam and that's totally illegal (and charity people would raise their voice if that happened).
They should throw it in the store (unbranded, if necessary) for other regions. Seems very unfair otherwise.
I'm from Brazil and here it is even more difficult to get these special Karts, I loved the style of this Kart but I don't know anyone outside the country who uses Xfinity's services. I hope that someday they will release a version of the Kart without the Xfinity logo in the store by Wumpa Coins (and the other Karts too).

I really don't mind not being able to get this kart (I'm in Canada) because the bonus karts aren't usually my speed, especially since this one can't be customized. I consider it 100% just to have everything I can get in the base game (and Grand Prix, of course) and think of the special karts as just a nice bonus for any of the 6 or 7 people the sweepstakes actually apply to.

Question: Would it be possible to somehow access the game files for ctr nitro fueled and rip/extract or unlock game info/content?
I ask this because I am curious to know if it's possible for someone to extract the special kart files so we can all have access to them (A bit like posting a ROM online, e.g. internet archive). I am aware that this is probably a pipe dream, but if someone has an idea on how to do this that would be great.

I'm not an Xfinity customer and I don't have an account with Xfinity and I'm from United Kingdom. The Xfinity Flash Kart looks so amazing and it sucks that it's only limited to certain people which is unfair for other people who do want it. It should of been put into the Grand Prix (Gold tier) to earn it that way.

If it was up to me I would have let Xfinity customers get the kart EARLY but NOT EXCLUSIVELY... if they wanted something exclusively for their customers they should have gotten something smaller like a decal or a sticker.... maybe a paint job or a set of wheels even... but NOT a whole costume kart with costume paint job, decal (logo), wheels & engine sounds.... I don’t think it’s fair to people who for whatever reason can’t get the service (even if they WOULD subscribe to it just for the kart) I 100% agree with you CGE!
My mom and I have a beach house in California and the internet we got out there is Xfinity so I’ll ask her she’ll help me get a code so I can give said code away to TWO of you guys as I don’t play CTR... I’ll post a reply with the code once I HOPEFULLY get it! You got one thing wrong. The promo does not end in March. That's the deadline for asking the codes from Comcast, essentially meaning no new codes will enter the world after that point. The codes themselves work until the last day of May.

Would love to have this kart but the way to get it is rediculous. I guess I won't see this awesome kart in my storage but I got all the Spyro skins available and that makes me happy enough. Just as long as this new kart doesn't surpass other players or other karts in the game itself and make you like a god among other players then I will still play the game.

I honestly don't care. These special karts didn't give you any Nitro benefits and I haven't really used the Plane since I bought it (I only did it so I could support charity).
People, it's just a cosmetic, and in my opinion, doesn't really look that great; the shape is kinda generic, the electron wheels give a more visually pleasing trail and the colours don't really mesh well for me.
Lobbies are gonna be boring when all I'll see is the exact same kart seven times. No more seeing what other people have made through their imagination and being inspired to make something similar.
We can make over a million combinations for free on our own, we don't need this.

You're right. I think if I get it by a miracle, I'd want it for completion sake. But appearance wise its not that special looking. I like to customize my kart in various ways. And Im still buying all the paint jobs and I didnt even get to sart buying all the neat wheels
