I just started a new health journey and your channel has been helping me so much. I shop at Costco every Saturday and it’s great to know what foods are healthy and what foods I should pass on. The amount of knowledge you have is a gift for someone like me that knows very little about nutrition but is willing to learn and soak it all up. The thought that goes into what you feed your family shows how much you care and love them. As a mom myself I want to try my best to teach and inspire my kids to be healthy and happy. Gloomy here in Florida today too but dry. I buy that bottled water too for my husband. I can’t find a Co op near me. There’s a food bank but you need certain criteria. What’s different about Ecco dish soap? If you make a future trip to the co op, can you give us a quick walk through the whole store? Between this video and the Aldi one, you had me googling a lot of terms. When I googled what “natural flavors” are when you put the mustard back, I subbed. I have found that Organic produce does not last like regular, especially when purchased at Sam’s or Costco. Keri gold anything is superior. I mix goat cheese with honey, dried cranberries, and pecans as an option in my charcuterie board.

Do you have meat that is free range/organic/small farm raised in USA? i love that you do so much and really nourish your family but meat is a big one that you need to source well especially in your country where the drugs/conditions/GMO are much more intense than here in Europe.

Why do you tease your kids with all those delicious cakes when you know damn well your not gonna buy them any.. ? That's cruel. It's Christmas let them be kids and have a cookie. They don't want organic brussel sprouts all the time. You would get it if you wanted it. It's all about what you want. I would hate to be your kid!!!!!
