Ambient Sketch 117 - Frippertronics with Blooper, Mood and Microcosm [

Inspired by the great ‪@chordsoforion‬ I put a long decaying delay from Blooper and a shorter one from Mood in parallel into the Microcosm Mosaic D, then recorder a loop into it and reversed and slowed down by an octave.

Loved the contrast you created by varying the attack. It's amazing how much depth there is - those occasional plucks suddenly stand out over the wash of ambience, and for a moment it feels sparse and minimal, but in reality there's so much going on, which you notice again as the plucking sounds decay and the detail in the ambience re-emerges. Really fascinating, and beautiful.
Oh - and I particularly loved those soft trills at around the 5 minute mark. Great moment. ❤
